We are found in a great location that is close to downtown. We are also only two blocks from the Courthouse Metro Station making your commute to work, school, or the city, easy. Quickly and conveniently get to school at Georgetown University or work in D.C.

We have a sprawling and beautiful fitness center for a convenient workout that fits into your busy schedule. It also has a wide variety of equipment to fit all of your needs. It provides the perfect chance to start a new workout plan and get moving this month!
Game Room & Residential Lounge
We have a great game room with a pool table. It’s the perfect place to meet up with friends and enjoy games together. You can also enjoy the residential lounge to hang out with your neighbors and friends here at Courtland Park.
